Big Business CEO on Outpouring of Support Following US Tariffs: 'A Lot of Evidence' US-EURO Trade Disintegrating

The number of countries welcoming U.S. tourists back following the Trump administration’s tough policies and tariffs may still be unclear, but it’s pretty safe to say their arrival seems to be coming soon.

In an interview with Fox News Channel’s Maria Bartiromo, Ken Frazier, CEO of Merck, is talking about the non-stop selling out his company’s shows at major music festivals in places like Denmark, Sweden, and Germany after Trump announced the tariffs on steel and aluminum to punish countries for allegedly sending unfair trade practices.

Frazier said, “There’s a lot of evidence to back this up, and this is not the sort of rhetoric you want to feed the notion of a global economy.”

The price increase came after Bolton spoke with Prime Minister Rasmussen and said that the U.S. would “stand with the people of Denmark” in a Twitter comment that made the Scandinavian state press secretary Brandon Kjeldgaard respond with his own short reply via Twitter.

“A timeline of Donald Trump’s love affair with hate: From daring to the brazen,” Lars Petter Jørgensen wrote.
